What's a message credit?
One credit is one reply from the fast AI model. Advanced-model replies use 3 credits, because that is what they actually cost, not the 5 to 10 some competitors charge. Credits reset monthly, top-ups never expire, and if you ever run out the widget falls back to showing your contact details, so no lead is lost.

No. Installing is one line of code, and we'll set everything up for you, including adding it to your website. Once you're in, the portal is point and click.

Other tools store megabytes of your content and then search that pile for a few paragraphs when someone asks a question. We do the opposite: your whole business goes to the AI on every single reply, so it answers with the full picture instead of the nearest match. If your site is bigger than that, we tell you what did not fit and help you pick what matters.
