A front desk on every site you look after.
You already build the sites. This is the thing that answers on them at 11pm, takes the details, and tells your client where the job came from.
One plan, not twenty-five
Your client sites sit under a single plan sharing a single pool of message credits. A quiet client's unused credits are simply available to a busy one, which is the whole point of a pool.
Your name on it, not ours
The “Powered by Frontdeskly” badge comes off from Growth upwards, so on an Agency plan every widget you install is unbranded. What your client sees is a thing their agency built them.
Each client gets their own portal
They log in, read their own leads and transcripts, and see their own analytics. They cannot see each other, and they cannot see your other clients. You keep one login across all of them.
Pitch it with their own website, before anyone signs anything.
Send us a prospect's web address and we build a private demo trained on that actual site, usually inside a day. You send them a link and let them ask it their own awkward questions. It is a far better meeting than a slide about AI, and it costs you nothing if they say no.
When they say yes, setup is about twenty minutes of your time: we build the knowledge from their site and anything they send, you review what it will say, and the same script tag you already know how to paste goes on their site.
The plan that does it
One plan, 25 client sites, one shared pool of credits. Everything else, including extra front desks, top-ups and the done-for-you Managed service, is on the pricing page.
More than 25 front desks, or something that does not fit these boxes? Talk to us about Enterprise. Get in touch.
Run front desks for 10+ clients from one login, on your terms.
What your clients will ask you
The answers you can forward without checking with us first.
Leads and transcripts are stored in the UK. Messages go to Anthropic to generate the replies, under commercial terms where API data is not used to train models. The privacy policy lists every sub-processor, and there is a DPA.
No. It answers only from the knowledge your client approved, it never invents a price, and every chat carries a visible note that nothing it says is final until the team confirms it.
It is one small script tag. The widget renders in a shadow root, so your CSS and its CSS cannot reach each other, and it cannot read anything else on the page.
No. The widget sets no cookies and carries no third-party trackers.
It says so and takes a message rather than guessing. You will see it in the transcripts, and the fix is to add the missing knowledge, which takes a minute.
Any time. Leads and transcripts export to CSV first. They belong to your client, not to us.
Two things this page will not pretend.
We bill you for the plan and you bill your clients however you like, but there is no reseller billing built into the portal yet, so their invoice is your job. And the portal your clients log into is ours, on our domain, with the branding removed from the widget rather than from every screen.
If either of those is the thing standing between you and a hundred client sites, say so. That is a genuinely useful conversation to have while it is still cheap for us to build.
